Tacos al Pastor, my latest article for theWingedFork.com

Lately, I have been working on some external collaborations with some very talented bloggers worldwide as for us bloggers, is like going to drink a coffee with a dear friend and tell a story about a great experience that you have lived.

One of those is the lovely Abby from The Winged Fork.com.
She gave me the opportunity to write about a dish that I love, and this is how this article upon the tacos al pastor from Mexico was born.

It is obvious that after almost six years of Mexican life, my heart sings Cielito Lindo almost everyday as I miss Mexico dearly.

Cielito Lindo was the song that we have been singing while rescuing each others during the earthquake of the 19th of September 2017.

I was there, and it bounded me forever to this country.

I have never felt so much home in any other country, but there, and the Mexican food took a forever special place in my heart.

Halfway historical and halfway personal, you can read more about my love for the world-famous tacos al pastor by clicking here.

You will learn where the dish that was elected as the best dish in the world last year by the distinguished Taste Atlas site was born, and when I tried it for the first time.

Let me know if you have ever tried these tacos, or which ones are your favorites!
